1. What are downloads?

Information on this website, such as product brochures or fund factsheets, is sometimes viewable as downloadable documents. Download documents are saved as PDF (Portable Document Format) files.

2. What do I need to be able to view downloaded documents?

To view, download, or print PDF files, you'll need Adobe Acrobat Reader installed as a plug-in on your web browser software. You'll also need a printer with graphics capabilities. The current version of Adobe Acrobat Reader requires a computer with the following minimum system requirements:

PC

  • 486™ or Pentium processor
  • Microsoft Windows 95, Windows 98, or Windows NT 4.0 with Service Pack 3 or later
  • 10 MB of RAM on Windows 95 and Windows 98 (16 MB recommended), 16 MB of RAM on Windows NT (24 MB recommended)
  • 10 MB of available hard disk space

Macintosh

  • Apple Power Macintosh or compatible computer
  • Mac OS software version 7.1.2 or later
  • 4.5 MB of RAM (6.5 MB recommended)
  • 8 MB of available hard disk space
3. How can I get a free copy of Adobe Acrobat Reader?

The Adobe Acrobat Reader software is freely available from the Adobe website. Visit the Adobe website to get a copy of free Acrobat Reader Software Adobe Acrobat

4. I have Acrobat Reader, but it's not working

It is important that you have the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer. If you already have Acrobat Reader but are having trouble opening or downloading PDF files, you may be using an earlier version of the software that is incompatible with the PDFs on this website. To find out what version you currently have, use your 'Find' function to search for Adobe Acrobat Reader on your hard drive or desktop.

5. I clicked on a download document link, but all I see is a blank page

This may indicate a problem with viewing the form directly through the web browser. The browser may not be capable of displaying the document online due to an incompatibility with Adobe Acrobat Reader. This problem can be resolved by downloading the form and saving it to your hard drive before viewing it.

PC

1.Choose the form or document from the 'Download Documents' box.
2.Right-click on the chosen document link and select 'Save target as...' from the menu of options.
3.Choose a location to save the file, such as the 'Desktop'.
4.When the download is complete, go to the location where you saved it, double-click on the file and it will open within Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Macintosh

1.Choose the form or document from the 'Download Documents' box.
2.Hold down your mouse-click on the chosen document link and select 'Save to disk' from the menu of options.
3.Choose a location to save the file, such as the 'Desktop'.
4.When the download is complete, go to the location where you saved it, double-click on the file and it will open with Adobe Acrobat Reader.
